I used it and I didn't get banned. But it was long ago and I hate the online part of GTA, but even so, all of my online time playing was with ReShade enabled. But then again, the paranoia is stronger and misunderstandings may happen.

I use it everyday since release and haven't been banned :D not that the game actually needs it since it already looks really good by itself. AA def needs help though.
