Is there shader with Zoom in without touching UI/HUD

Hello, I'm brand new to the whole shader thing so excuse my noobness, I got curious if there's shader with zoom in function that doesn't touch HUD, Dolphin emulator for example has similar free look function and it doesn't touch UI/HUD elements. Any suggestion are appreciated, Thanks!

in order for that to happen, we need an addon that will allow us to modify ingame shaders like what the stereoscopic 3D dlls can do from Geo-11 so we can bring hud depth to the screen depth.
