Reshade has only 2048*32.
Is there a way to make some by myself?

You really shouldn't need more than the 32^3 lut reshade includes.

If you still want one, there should be a way to make them. Blank 64^3 luts are also on the Fallout 4 nexus if I recall.

Base LUTs (Neutral) has only 16*1024 :(.
