Crosshair overlay

Is it possible to create a crosshair overlay like CS:GO? The shader will be configurable with parameters similar to the CS:GO parameters. Like size, thickness, distance, alpha, color, dot, outline etc.

You could probably just replace either the Anamorphic flare, chapman lens flare, lens dirt, or lens flare texture with your own custom crosshair, and then Set the threshold level of the effect that you replaced the texture with to 0.0 so that the cross hair texture always appears. This would be the most simple way to make this process work, but right now there is no crosshair shader available

i have a shader to display an image png with transparency , you can add a crosshair in the middle
