Reshade 2.0.3 had a shader called Cel, which basically made games look like Borderlands. It would be sweet to have that brought over to 3.0

It already has that, the shader is called "Cartoon"

No, the Cel shader from CustomFX is pretty different from the Cartoon shader

While the cel shader only works on the gun in this case for some reason, you can tell it looks significantly better

If you want a "Borderland style" outline on objects, then Cel works better, I agree.

Already available: raw.githubusercontent.com/crosire/reshad...0/Shaders/Outline.fx
It was removed from the repository in favor of Cartoon to reduce the amount of files ReShade needs to load.
