Ambient Light Effect not 100% applying

Ambient Light Effect not 100% applying was created by LightSamus
Hi all!
I've been using ReShade for a long time and I've hit a bit of a snag. Whenever I toggle Ambient Light currently, the effect acts as though there is an invisible letterbox effect on the screen and the top and bottom 10% or so each lacks the effect. I have no idea idea why it's doing this and obviously I'd rather it didn't.
See below as an example. Note the visible seem at the top left corner where the effect just stops.
