Include descriptions for downloaded shaders/effect

First time using ReShade. The first few steps were obvious, but then came the "effects" (filters? shaders?) section. It automatically downloads a ton of these, tells you to pick as few as possible, then doesn't tell you what they are or what they do. I spent a half hour googling and only found descriptions for maybe half of them.

It would be really nice if there were descriptions for each of these.
