Nvidia GPU settings not compatible with ReShade?

For some games I use Nvidia Control Panel to apply higher anti-aliasing or anisotropic filtering to replace the game's vanilla effects. But when I applied ReShade, the GPU effects won't work. Is that possible to let both ReShade and GPU effects work?

Most of those do work, with the exception of anything anti-aliasing related. Both driver SSAA and MSAA usually mess up the rendering of ReShade.
