Game works fine on fresh install, but after a few games or restarts all the textures break and turn pink and black. Disabling mods doesnt work, doing -disable_d3d9ex and forcing a restart works but then it breaks shortly after again. ive tried disabling depth buffer and clear option. still same thing.
