Anything after 6.5.1 is super slow for me

As the title says, anything after that version takes waaaay to long to compile, and many effects dont even compile at all.
I'm not sure if i have to upgrade some of the non compilig shaders but just the time it takes alone makes me stay away from more recent version.

Gonna necro bump this because it's been the same for me. Reshade takes Forrreeevvverrr to load and compile effects. Doesn't matter what you do. Even if you only have a small number of effects and "Only load enabled effects" turned on. The one i've been encountering a lot is once it finally finishes compiling things and you open the Reshade menu, nope still have the rainbow circle of death that takes even one. I have literally 1 effect turned on in something i'm trying to configure right now (Displaydepth) and not only did I have to alt-tab out for several minutes for compilation. But it took nearly as long if not longer once I opened the menu with the rainbow circle.

I've also experienced this. I haven't tested against versions besides 6.5.1 but I can confirm changing presets is as quick as expected in 6.5.1 and takes a significantly longer time in 6.7.3. I only use reshade with Final Fantasy XIV and therefore have only noticed it in that game if it's possible it's game-specific.

I'm experiencing the same issue. And when you want to try out presets to find the perfect one for your picture it's awful

It's not just slow—versions 6.5.1, 6.6.3, and 6.7.3 are buggy as hell, especially on Vulkan.
