No Effects

Can anyone help me figure out why I can't get any effects to run with the offline preview or in game.
I'm using the latest ReShade Mediator getting the successful text when i log in to the game but I can't get any effect to alter my graphics. I'm trying to run it with Dragon Age Inquisition.
