Guild Wars 2 ReShade not working

I'm pretty sure I have installed reshade correctly but when i start gw2.exe it doesnt work.
Here is the d3d9.log

Any idea why it doesnt work?

I have noticed when I play GW2 none of the shortcut keys work but ReShade is applying all the shaders I have instructed it to.
