Fixed: One process of Razer Synapse cause this problem

Hi,

Specs:

Game: Black Ops III
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bits
ReShade: 1.1 with SweetFX 2.0 (Default presets)
Error: Game instantly crash during "Compiling Effects".
More:
  • The game work very well without ReShade/SweeFX. With more than 100 FPS.
  • The same installation (Game + ReShade/SweetFX) perfectly work on Windows 7 Pro (SP1 64 bits)
  • My Windows 8.1 is fresh installed. All drivers are up to date, DirectX installed, Rebooted :)
