ArmA 3 DOF not working at all / BE Blocked

First off, I have BE disabled so that the game loads and not instantly crashes.

DOF (any kind of) is not working at all, only when I turn AF off I can see the whole screen blur out.
I have these FX
-BLOOM
-CARTOON
-DOF
-FXXA
-HDR
-LUT
-SMAA
Of which I only have HDR enabled while trying DOF.

My computer specs are:
-1060 6G
-i7 4790k
-16G RAM

Also BE blocks the DLL it might not be an issue since the server I usually play on does not require BE to be enabled, it would however be nice to play on some more casual oriented servers with these FX.

No depth buffer access => No DOF.
