No Fallout 4 load with latest NVidia and Reshade

Took several days of troubleshooting to discover that after downloading the latest NVidia driver, my favorite Reshade (Phase 4), Fallout 4 would not load. What a bummer. Is there any possible work-around for this issue other than my removing the reshade. Without the reshade, it loads normally but does not look as good.

Tried two other ReShade presets and it was a no go with them as well. Thankfully I am still able to run ReShade with Skyrim SE so it must be a problem limited to Fallout 4 rather than a global Nvidia issue. I was hoping for a solution or advice, but....
