I've used Reshade 3.05 and 2 and have always had this issue. I've tried removing all settings but these ones to see if there was a a conflict, but that doesn't help.
Adding other settings to brighten the screen doesn't help either. I've tested each of these with emulators such as Epsxe and games like System Shock 2, Sonic Generations, Sonic Racing Transformed, Hyperdimension Neptunia, etc.
I've also made sure that AA was turned off in my GPU settings.
