Dragon Age Inquisition crashing on startup

I havent touched DA:I in months but I did have Reshade working with it previously. For some reason now if I run the game i get a black screen with the loading icon flashing in the bottom right corner for a few seconds with the reshade information appearing as normal then just before I assume the intro movie would start playing it dumps me back to desktop. This happens with 0.12, 0.13, 0.14, 0.15. There is no error in crashdumps.
All overlays are disabled

and if its not working then i don't think that reshade is a problem
see if theres any software interfering with it

means kinds of graphical effects are u using
and u have to use dxgi of 64 bit .
and if u are not the do it ASAP

Happens with both NVIDIA drivers 347.52 instead of 347.71, with .52 the game does occassionally start and I can play for a while but it seems to occasionally crash when transitioning/loading new areas. No problems at all when I remove Reshade

Deleting the log does nothing else then forcing the messagebox to show, but this messagebox forces the game to pause until you hit yes. This gives other overlays/injectors time to hook, because ReShade didn't do that at this point yet. I'd suggest you check if any overlays etc. are enabled.

I am using Nvidia cards but I'm on a desktop, they are GTX 680s .

Without windowed mode it only starts 1/10th of the time but in order to try I have to delete the log file otherwise it won't work at all but when I have it in windowed mode it seems to work all the time (so far at least) but I still need to delete the log file. I'll check for any overlays and report back.

Edit: So, for whatever reason the windowed mode fix has stopped working for me and it's back to working every 1/10 times.
Edit 2: So I went back to testing version 10.0 again and it seems to start every 1/10 times too but also whenever I try to switch back to full screen after I launched in window mode it instantly crashes, this does not happen with the new version.

I would suggest that youshould open task manager and kill every process you aren't using and see if Dragon Age loads sweetfx fine. If it loads fine after you've killed all the process' then a program messing with sweetfx.

When you say "sweetfx" do you mean ReShade or are talking about something else?

Btw, I'm not 100% sure, but you may have to post a ".Tracelog" as well. Simply rename the log from .log to .tracelog, run the game, exit the game, copy and paste the contents from the .tracelog on pastebin and link your pastebin link here.
You have to use pastebin. If the tracelog is too large for pastebin then upload the .tracelog somewhere and give us a link to your .tracelog file.

I'll go through the D3D11 hooks again, trying to narrow it down, but I don't understand why it works for some and for some it doesn't other than because of obvious overlay interference.
