Reshade troubleshooting

Hello,i played untill recently one of my fav games with reshade and a preset of my liking,untill i had to format my and mirror some of my data into a new hdd and ssd,long story short id like some help since now i cant seem to load my game with Reshade anyomore id just like some help as to which direction i should move im positive ill figure out the rest this is the log i get
