There's a pretty good old-school WoW server, using the client from 2006. The problem, is that ReShade completely ignores the game (exe called WoW.exe). It uses Direct3D 9, and it does create a log:

The overlay doesn't appear, and pressing Shift+F2 doesn't bring up the GUI.
