Blocking some keys, and wrong UI Size

Good day,
for a long time now, I used ReShade for Final Fantasy XIV.
Now I changed my GPU and reinstalled my full system (so fresh installed FF14, and ReShade).
I orginally Installed with ~3.3.1
Now I cant use keys like ^ and ยด ` in the game. And the ReShade Overlay always look like this:
OS: Windows 10 Pro 1803 64bit
CPU: Intel i7 6700K
GPU: ASUS ROG Strix RX580 OC (newest driver)
