CS:GO Reshade is not working

I installed reshade using the installer and it installs successfully. Then, when I open CS:GO, Shift+F2 does nothing, and nothing pops up in the top left corner.
I have:
Reinstalled Reshade
Reinstalled CS:GO
Ran the Installer as administrator
I used to not be able to download reshade because chrome thought it was a virus, and now I can, but it doesn't work. Any help is appreciated.
