This is what happens in Baldur's Gate 2 (classic, not Enhanced Edition) with ReShade 3.4.1. Of course, ReShade has to be loaded with ENBinjector (with admin rights)
This only happens to full GUI and dialog when effects are enabled. Here, I enabled LumaSharpen.
On the other hand, everything seems to work fine when full GUI or dialog panels aren't drawn on the screen, i.e. the actual game.
Unfortunately, UIMask or UIDetect don't help.
