I've installed ReShade to the ffxiv_dx11.exe using ReShade DX10+ option. Downloaded all the shaders when asked.
I have the latest DX11 update and as well as my graphics card. So its neither of those.
I am also running FF14 in Dx11 mode.
I still get above errors....HELP!

Try rename file from dxgi.dll to d3d11.dll
