Blender 2.8 and ReShade

There is an issue running ReShade 4 and 3 on latest Blender 2.8. The app launches, the ReShade info bar starts too, but freezes below 1 FPS.
(Of course you have to hit play animation button (spacebar) to get ReShade loading.)
Since it did not occur on Blender 2.79 I would ask for help to troubleshoot this issue.

This is expected. Blender does not refresh the UI constantly to save resources. But ReShade needs multiple updates per second to work correctly.

You can force UI to refresh by pushing animation play button (Alt+A for 2.79 and Space for 2.8 ). It worked fine in 2.79, but 2.8 has freezing issue, that's not caused by UI refresh rate.
