I guess you did not download effects at ReShade setup or you moved the game directory after installed.
Check ReShade.ini file in the game directory. (same directory as your selected game executable)
[GENERAL]
EffectSearchPaths=(Drive:\...\reshade-shaders\Shaders)
TextureSearchPaths=(Drive:\...\reshade-shaders\Textures)
