DMC4 Crazy Motion Blur Camera Problem

So I just started using ReShade recently and DMC4 Special Edition produces crazy amounts of blur to the point of not being able to see the what's going on whenever the camera moves. If the camera stays still, ie when I'm idling, taunting or in the menus, the camera is fine. I'm really new to all this and would appreciate it if someone would point me in the right direction.

There was a similar problem posted where someone mentioned that if earlier versions like 1.10 of ReShade was used, the problem would be solved but there was no reply to that topic.
