reshade 4.2.1 d3d9.ini missing file

Same goes with dxgi. Pls help. Every game after installation of reshade in it dosnt content `this file, what should i do to fix this? Bc i cant use mxao and other effects based on deapth buffer without this file.

It's not supposed to exist. Configuration is stored in ReShade.ini.
