EDIT: OOPS! Stupid me! There is a way to do this in Global Settings - "#define ReShade_Start_Enabled" can be set to "0" ! Please delete this stupid question thread!
GTA V intro video is extremely slow with ReShade enabled. The solution is to disable ReShade during the intro. The problem is that it doesn't seem possible. As soon as the intro starts, all the keys stop responding due to severe slow-down, including ReShade toggle key. By default, ReShade is enabled upon .exe launch. Is there a way to change that to where ReShade stills hooks to the exe, but does not apply any effects until the toggle key is used to enable the effects???
