When I click on the reshade ( urbans sims scorpio) the reshade takes affect for about 2 seconds and then turns off. When I press reload the same thing happens. I tried it with other reshades and it does the same thing. Please help

What do you mean by "clicking on the ReShade"? You mean when you choose a preset? Can you try activating certain effects, or changing the order of them? Could be a bug. In those hard cases I often remove the shader files from the reshade-shaders folder, and add them one by one. Also I'd recommend only installing those effects you actually intend to use.
