So I'm running Reshade in the game C&C Generals Zero Hour using d3d8to9, however the fps is capped at 60 both in windowed and fullscreen mode (not sure wether this is vsync?), but I would like to have this unlocked because it affects the game's speed including mouse scrolling (makes it slow) etc.
