ReShade for Citra (or any emulator!?)

Hi,

I am very very new to ReShade. I have downloaded and used it successfully with NBA 2k for steam. However, I really would like to test this out on Citra which is a 3ds emulator. I currently am playing a 4k version of the legend of zelda and am trying to use reshade.

The problem is, i cannot for the life of me figure out how to get reshade to work with citra and i know that to some extent it IS possible. I can't find any tutorials or help anywhere so i turned to the forums.

Could somebody please help me out, i would greatly appreciate it!!
