The Sims 4 Game Crashes switching Different Presets

Every time I Open the Sims 4 It does not crash on its own BUT when I switch different Presets it always crashes and the Preset that I chose does not even pop up unless I set it as my default. Any Help??!!

it has been a month since the post was uploaded. there is still no answer so I don't think it is fixed
