FFXIV Online Unable to save current present

Hi everyone, 

Every time I start the game I am told:

"Unable to save current present. Make you you have write permissions to c:\Program Files (x86)\SqareEnix\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\game\ReShadePresent.ini"

If I click Home and hit Reload the error goes away but it's annoying to have to deal with this every time I start the game.

The issue is there is no file called that in the game folder. Can I simply make it?

move the installation to a path you have write permission or take ownership of the game folder.
