ReShade wont work right

Hello I have this weird problem, because ReShade has been working good before this problem did became after re installing Windows 11.. I dont have Rivaturner or MSI Afterburner installed on computer at all.. It just wont open, I can see that it's "Installing" itself currently, but it wont allow me to select which DX version to use, or anything, as all I can see is that greenish thing on middle of screen you can see from the picture I added on this.
