Cannot open reshade menu in sims 4

Hi so ive looked around for answers but nothings working, im sure ive done something wrong when installing but i cant figure it out. When I start up Sims and get to the start menu, the reshader menu doesnt pop up, nothing pops up I’ve tried adjusting the key input since im on laptop but that doesnt work either. Im guessing its not installed properly but like i said ive been through a ton of posts and cant find a solution!
