So I tried to install ReShade today after a long time for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and found it to not work. What I saw was there was no UI message like "ReShade has now been installed. Press HOME for the tutorial.". Furthermore, I can't even open the ReShade UI in-game, which I thought was acceptable since the message never even appeared. Any ideas on how to solve this problem will be appreciatable. A quick response would be really helpful.
