Weird "buzz" noise when launching reshade

Hi guys,
I got a beast of a pc for work, and I was curious about testing Mcfly's RTGI on it.
I chose gmod, installed all of it correctly, but at the second when I launch reshade, a weird noise comes out of my rtx 4080.
No matter if i'm on the menus or in game, no matter if the fans are on or not lmao, the sound persists.
The only thing that seems to change something is the number of effects on. The more, the louder the sounds get.
Sorry for my bad english btw.
Hope someone have some kind of idea of what it is, and how to solve it.

That would be coil whine, it's normal and harmless (just caused by the increased load on the GPU). See e.g. for comparison.
