This is a re-post. I included more detailed information regarding this. Plus, I've enabled viewer permissions that I forgot to enable for the Google Drive files I've attached here. If you didn't see the previous post, disregard this.

The ReShade Compatibility List website states that the depth buffer only works in the menu, but I have found that while in-game and have the "Copy depth buffer before clear operations" actually enabled in ReShade, the depth buffer works and RTGI works. While not perfect by any means visually, it does add depth to the game which is nice.

I made a post on Imgur that shows the settings of ReShade, shows how RTGI looks in-game via game screenshots, and proves that RTGI works. The post is here: imgur.com/a/kPYsIMs

Make sure to "Open Image in New Tab" to maximize the photos to be able to see the effect better when comparing Stock vs. RTGI.

I have tried all kinds of tricks. dgVoodooCpl is used as well with MSAA set to off. In the Nvidia control panel I have set "Performance" setting which turns off everything off in the 3D settings. I have played around with in-game options as well and turned off shadows and shading as well.

Simply, the depth buffer works until I use the teleporter to port to another part of the game. Once the teleporter is used, then it doesn't matter what settings I play around with in-game, dgVoodooCpl, Nvidia control panel, and ReShade Add-ons. I have tried checking every combination in the Add-ons panel. Once I teleport, the depth buffer is then simply just a black screen.

If there was no loading screens in DS2, then it wouldn't be a problem and we'd have RTGI, but that is not the case.

For ease of testing here is the game installation file:  drive.google.com/file/d/1yk5_HhIwpuBJWti...aUy/view?usp=sharing

The file is large because all the HD texture mods from Nexus mods is packed along with the game.

Here is ReShade with the preset and the RTGI "reshade-shaders" folder that you can just paste over the vanilla installation for pain-free experience: drive.google.com/file/d/1-6gRexMIxuX3Ddb...IQn/view?usp=sharing

I've installed the DX11 ReShade because dgVoodooCpl is DX9 to avoid conflict.

If anybody has any ideas as to how to fix this problem, that would be great. I would really like to experience DS2BW with RTGI on, but I am unable to find a solution and need help. Maybe it'll look like shit in some areas, maybe not, but the option to have it enabled and working would be awesome.

Thank you in advance.
