long launch times with reshade.

Hi hello.

I upgraded my pc about a week ago and I have not been able to use reshade like I used to ever since.
Launching a game will give me a black screen, If I wait it out, each game takes at least 3 to 5 minutes to launch with reshade installed.
in which case, reshade is compiled and loaded in and will work as intended.
clicking or pressing anything during the black screen process will give me a window that says "Game not responding: Close or wait"

Without reshade all my games launch in less than 2 seconds.
Please help me with this, You will have my undying gratitude.

My current specs:
-Intel core i9-14900k
-ROG STRIX GeForce RTX 3080
-2x16GB Corsair vengeance RGB
-Asus z790-p d4
-1TB NVME SSD
-running windows 10

Games I tried to run:
-Dead By Daylight (has been white listed by EAC)
-Witcher 3
-Sunkenland (Early Access)
-RE2/3/4 Remake
-Devil May Cry 5
-Reshade worked with these games with my previous specs flawlessly, no fuss.

My old specs:
-Intel core i7-7740x
-ROG STRIX GeForce RTX 3080
-2x16GB Corsair vengeance RGB
-MSI x299 SLI plus
-1TB SSD
-running windows 10

The same thing, solved the problem?The problem appeared after switching from Windows 10 to 11

Probably because you load all the shaders.
