settings dont save for only 1 game

title says it all pretty much. hitman 3 doesnt save anything settings wise like toggle keys, meanwhile other games are just fine

hitman 3 wont save settings i change (toggle keys etc)and i noticed in the log it has tons of lines of "ignored loadlibrary" then has a file name then says it was done to avoid deadlock. please help
