Depth Buffer Effects suddenly Stopped working despite DB Access (SWTOR)

Greetings,
I'm kinda lost so I'll try to get some input from here. 
As in the title, Effects that need Depth Buffer (like mxao etc.) suddenly stopped working. 
What baffles me is that I still have Depth Buffer Access, at least I think I do because DisplayDepth says everythings fine and the Access is there. 
I already tried changing API, reinstalling, updating to new Version, trying the Add-on version and looking to change the Depth Buffer Access. But everything to no avail.

Anybody got an idea what might be causing this?
