[SOLVED] 6.2.0 installer won't install dxgi.dll?

I'm having trouble installing Reshade 6.2.0.   I am installing it in DCS 2.9, with DirectX 10,11,12 & OpenXR, but all it installs are the files below.  It does not install the dxgi.dll.    I have tried running it as admin with no joy.

reshade-shaders (folder)
ReShade.ini
ReShade.log
ReShadePreset.ini

And when I look inside the installer (.exe) archive with 7-zip, the only .dlls I see are:
ReShade32.dll
Reshade64.dll

Help!?

If you select OpenXR, it will install itself as an OpenXR layer, not as dxgi.dll. If you don't use OpenXR, don't select OpenXR, and it will install as dxgi.dll again.

Thanks. I thought that since DCS supports OpenXR, that I also had to check that box. It's a bit confusing?
