Dim lights

when i install reshade it didnt work so i put this in citizensFX [Addons]
ReShade5=ID:xxxxxxx acknowledged that ReShade 5.x has a bug that will lead to game crashes, but then my lights on police carsa are very dim at day anyone know why?
