ReShade exe not opening

Hello from Austria,

would you please be so kind to help me with a big problem with the newest ReShade installation? I tried it several times to open the exe but nothing happens. 

I marked ReShade as safe on AVG (my anti virus program) and added it as an exeption. But that doesn't change it either. I can't open the exe. Not even as an administrator. I use ReShade in Sims 4. An older version is installed but no longer works properly. Therefor I wanted to first uninstall the old version via the ReShade launcher and then reinstall the newest version. 

Please help me.

Make sure you have .NET Framework installed: dotnet.microsoft.com/download/thank-you/net48

I have framework installed. If I didn't have it I wouldn't been able to install older versions of ReShade. This problem occurs only with the newest version of ReShade.
