Unfortunately i am using TV also and the middle looks best to me also.
But I do prefer the last 1 in certain scenarios.

As Elimina said It's a mix of Default Motion blur and robi29 timecycle motion blur code tweak to my linking.
For those settings i can't pass just yet because it ain't all mine. Just something i might be helping Xilandro with.
It contains a host of files tweak by both of us. I will talking to him soon and i'll get back to yea.
The ENB + Framework is completely mine but it is tweaked for this mod so not to sure how it would look elsewhere.
