Morrowind with mge xe + reshade and the old gemfx config. Its impressive how dedicated this modding community has been and still is to some extent. If the animations could be modded half decently it would still be up to modern standards. For a 2002 open world game this is damn sexy.

No, I'm not using the texture in these shots. It looks very similar, but I like the look of the texture better. I don't know f you saw my post a while ago, but I found a website with a huge library of bokeh textures, but judging by the top of the page, I'm 90 percent sure it is "cracked" from Adobe programs.

Anyways, here is a link to my preset:
