This ones a little too bloomy. I'm generally having trouble keeping bloom down since I'm new to making my own stuff with the shaders. The AL adaption creates a nice desaturated effect though that works well in Dishonored I think. I thought it had a nice effect when I turned the camera up to the factories and the colour gradually became less vibrant.
Does anyone have any tips for bloom management, while trying to retain the same general tone of the image? When i lower it for overly bloomy skies it doesn't look as nice in other areas.

Don't use Bloom from SweetFX or GemFX, Instead mess around with Gaussian Bloom in the CustomFX shader.
That way you will get some nice Results
