Is anyone using ReShade with Overwatch?

I'd like to know if anyone has been using ReShade with Overwatch over any extended period of time?
It's literally the only Blizzard game I haven't tested ReShade with due to my fear of it being detected and my account being banned. I don't want that to happen. However, I have been using ReShade with Heroes of the Storm since about a full year by now without any problems. I've also been using it with Diablo 3, again, without problems. The same (so far) with StarCraft 2 as well.
But I'm not sure if it would work with Overwatch to start with, but beyond that I'm just not sure if it would be 'safe' to use it on that game specifically, since it is focused on multiplayer I assume that the "security" team for Overwatch is fully aware of ReShade and might have developed ways internally to detect it when the game is being changed in any way by it. But that's me thinking so, I wouldn't know the technicalities behind it and if it's even possible for them to detect it.
So, has anyone here been using ReShade with Overwatch? If so, for how long?
Thanks.

I did some research and found no one being banned for using reshade or sweetFX.
Myself been using reshade/sweetFX for years in WoW.
So i would assume it's safe to use it, although not officially supported by Blizzard.

Why risk it. It looks good as it is.

No one is using it because Overwatch blocks d3d hooks. Same with Destiny 2 for example.

Ah I see, now that is the first time I'm reading about an actual explanation of the technical reason why it wouldn't work anyway. Thanks for the information.
However, I find it a bit weird that they'd do that for Overwatch, but not SC2, Heroes of the Storm and Diablo 3.
