Is it possible to capture the un-shaded game in OBS?

Would it be possible to have the reshaded game displayed on the monitor, but only capture the un-shaded game? How would you go about doing this? A friend uses a colourblind-friendly shader on their stream, but would like to capture without the overlay so their audience doesn't feel the game looks strange.
