I've been having these drops sometimes where it drops to 15-20-30 FPS every now and then and I can only get rid of it sometimes by simply tabbing and some other times I have to change from fullscreen to windowed and things like that. When turning Reshade off it goes away so I know it is a reshade issue. Lately I've been playing SOTTR and ROTTR and both have the same issue. Let me know if anyone experienced something like that. I am using the latest Reshade version.
I am wondering if a 21:9 resolution (in my case a 3440x1440) could be that is not well supported? I had issues with some other games not related to Reshade when using this resolution. For some reason I keep on thinking this resolution is not well supported in general but I might be wrong.
